Stuart Mockford - Managing Director
In 2000 after ten years in various roles in the recruitment industry, Stuart and a group of former recruitment colleagues started e-cruitnow Limited and created the UK's first multi-posting and applicant tracking system, web-cruit.
In 2001, Stuart joined Pertemps Group reporting to John Butcher, the former Trade and Industry minister, in Pertemps' technology acquisitions section and worked alongside John on a number of technology acquisitions including that of e-cruitnow.
The following year Stuart was appointed Managing Director of JOBS Group and tasked with developing the JOBS recruitment brand into the world's first integrated multi-channel recruitment business, using voice, web and digital television.
In 2006, Stuart's technical, recruitment and M&A background proved invaluable in his current role as Managing Director of Kaonix Solutions Limited.
When he is not working, Stuart is regularly seen pounding the lanes around his home in Worcestershire with Scooby his three year old Vizsla.

Robert McNamara - IT Director
Robert McNamara has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. He has previously worked for a number of major IT companies such as Fujitsu and Siemens, where he managed the development and implementation of systems for Vision Express, Specsavers
and Her Majesty's law courts. During his time at Fujitsu, Robert was part of the successful Year 2000 programme which helped customers such as Marks & Spencer, BHS, WHSmith and Sainsbury's meet the Y2K threat. He has also applied his skills
in the computer games industry, managing the development of a number of top ten titles. His vast IT knowledge and project management experience has enabled Kaonix to build more functionality into its core products.
Robert is also a keen runner and has recently started to compete in triathlons.

Mark Keane - Product Development Manager
Mark Keane had already established himself as a passionate and vocal advocate of the internet as a cost effective recruitment medium when, at the turn of the millennium, he co-founded e-cruitnow Limited, the UK's (and one of the world's) first internet-based
recruitment management system. Previously he spent some years with the national accounts team at Securicor Recruitment Services and had also been involved in a number of internet based initiatives, having spotted the incredible potential of the internet at a very early stage in its development.
Mark has applied his considerable knowledge of real world recruitment processes to the webcruit talent management solutions provided by Kaonix, resulting in systems which are intuitive and easy to use for both recruiters and job seekers alike. Looking forward he
will continue to work closely with customers to ensure that Kaonix maintains its market leading position in the provision of innovative and cost effective recruitment solutions.
Mark has been involved in a diverse range of businesses over the years including over a decade spent in management with Winkworth estate agents in London, before escaping to the relative tranquility of the Home Counties.

Lee Sanderson - Chief Systems Architect
Lee Sanderson has been a software developer and architect for over 14 years. Since joining Kaonix in 1998 Lee has been instrumental in designing and building a number of web-based applications and services for the recruitment industry using a wide range of languages and technologies including:
C#, ASP.NET, Java, JSP, Delphi, ASP, SQL, HTML, ColdFusion, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Eclipse, Optimal J, Apache Axis, Microsoft SQL server, Oracle, Microsoft Internet Information Server, Tomcat and JBOSS.
His current focus is on streamlining the Kaonix development process using a combination of model driven architecture (MDA), domain specific languages (DSL), extreme programming (XP) and agile methods.
Lee has a MSc in computer science and a BSc. in physics, both obtained from the University of Manchester.
He has over 20 years experience in various martial arts and recently retired as undefeated northwest amateur cruiser-weight kickboxing champion.
